It is necessary to strictly check the ratings of this website and the comments on this website, This platform is a fraud platform, they will never pay you, I lost more than 600 dollars here, there are 2000 dollars in my account, but he will never give you a withdrawal, contact customer service will always say today to deal with you, But this has been going on for more than 15 days, and it still hasn't been handled. When I asked the next day, I got the same response. When it's Saturday or Sunday, they'll find an excuse to say they won't handle withdrawals on those days, and they'll keep doing this to you. After you ask every day, each time the online customer service will close your chat! So this website is a fraudulent platform for fake reviews and fake ratings!I dare say that 98% of the reviews here are fake. Everyone, don't waste your time here, don't hold on to the hope that you will get your money back, when you can't get your money back, you will know how black this website is! Everyone must be careful.

Alright, so real story. I did one of the promotion matches they offer, I put in $100 and got 450$ in promotional $$. So $550 total, believe it or not, wound up at around 12K by the time I played through the required 26K in spins to finish my promotion. However, I did buy some bonus features that cost more than the 10$ or 15$ per spin limit. Anyway. I got an email a few days later and they honored my withdrawal regardless of me breaking the spin limit, I wound up pulling about 4K out off 100$. There "terms and conditions" for their promotions are absolute BS and designed to screw people. So pay attention before using them. Overall, my experience was positive. They did pay me on time, I just wish there was a little more clarity. They also remove the promotional $$ from your withdrawal. So they gave me $450 and then took it back....so really they just wanted me to put $$ in that I'd likely never be able to get back out, lucky for me, I wasnt going to quit on my $100 until it was 0.

Really good so far am enjoying it.

I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement. For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)
