Avoid at all costs! I am owed a lot of money from this online casino, it has been almost a month and I’m still waiting. Customer service is an absolute joke, they either say we are waiting for an update or they ignore you completely, just depends what mood they are in I think. They have disconnected the phone lines due to the pandemic apparently, so I can not actually speak to anyone. Although the strange thing is, someone actually called me from this company requesting ID documents - so they lie too.

Payout went exactly how they explained. When l had a question customer service answered without a problem. I played and got paid the max amount with no issues once verification was processed. Will continue to play here enjoy the games and the freeplay amd coupons are an added delight! Thank you.

I can't say a bad word so far. Have won some great amount of money , and went through the verification process. It took a bit more time than I expected, but in the end it was done. I must say that the chat support was very helpfull so far, friendly and responsive.
