Prompt Customer Service. I like it all the set of casino games. Very fair!

RECOMMEND - Won money, winnings received. I joined Funcasino 1 week ago. I won a substantial amount of money on some of the slot machines (in the thousands). I requested a withdrawal, was then asked to verify my identity, verified successfully within 24 hours of sending my documents (ID, proof of address, bank statement, proof of deposits coming from the method I used, and a live photo - all standard requests now for the UK verified casinos since recent months). 24 hours later my winnings were in my bank account. After requesting the withdrawal I read the other reviews on the internet and freaked out thinking I'd never received my winnings. But I can confirm that they are genuine from my own experience. I'll continue to play on their site.

I should probably state that my original review of 5 stars was bought with a chance in a raffle that Im not even sure actually happened. Many of the positive reviews you read here were written with the same motive in mind. They are booming on social media for the same cheap tact. I was totally robbed of the 'no purchase necessary' aspect of this "social" casino this morning when I won a meager lump sum from my .20SC daily bonus and attempted to redeem- a process I had done once before, after submitting all of my bank info to these jackasses. Before any redemption process was started, however, my account was deleted with no chance for me to state to them that I WAS NOT USING A VPN, my billing address and home address just happen to be in 2 different states (which are both indeed social casino friendly). Way to dodge the bullet on my >$200 payout guys, I totally had your whole operation compromised 🙄 Forgive my convoluted review, I have a bad taste in my mouth from all of this and I just had to spit it out.
