When I booked my reservation for the Shark Reef Aquarium in error I booked the wrong date. I called customer service @ Vegas Insider and spoke with Jessica Roesner and she was so helpful that I will definitely use this service again. She did not give me a hard time but on the contrary she was pleasant, extremely helpful and made me feel very important. This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was very easy to handle and this is a prime example of what customer service is all about...use the service I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
