Scrooge use to be one of my favorite platforms because I could easily cash out $100 and it paid quickly then when I tried to cash out $900 their asking for 4 different proofs of cards and statements. I have sent them 3 of the 4 and even tried to get the last one and they still refuse to let me back in and to give me my cash out. If something is changed I may chance my review but at this point I am very disappointed with Scrooge. I have put money on there multiple times for them to do this.

This company has never wronged me and vip support does respond they do almost instant withdrawals with lower sums of winnings without you having to contact support it’s usually around 11 pm eastern standard time as for larger amounts over $30 they need to have more time to process it making sure it’s legit just standard measures to protect their company bigger casino’s do instant withdrawals and take chances because they have lawyers licenses paperwork another words if you try cheating a bigger casino you’re not only going to owe them but also end up a prisoner small websites like this can’t take on that risk without extra verifications as you know people steal credit cards and bet crazy amounts and then expect a huge payout with stolen funds it’s called money laundering and it’s a crime worldwide that’s why they have to be careful about this if they were scammers they’d steal everything that’s inside of your account and you wouldn’t hear of one cashout but this place is heaven compared to some websites that only cashout $100 or $500 and have play through limits set at $40,000 just to make sure you don’t get a crumb stop bashing this company they are amazing

I was apprehensive at first but all my doubts were crushed. Top notch customer service, prompt and efficient. Super fast verification. Deposited, won a nice amount, and withdrew. For Bitcoin took about half hour. No fees. I was shocked, I have never had this type of an experience at an online casino. It was amazing, I really cannot believe how smooth and quick everything went. Excellent Experience.
