Super easy pilot

I might be a little biased because the support staff of this casino is cream of the crop. My VIP host David gives me another opportunity to come out on top with extra spins to play or a free chip when my luck is down and the casino is winning. Zara asks me everyday how my day is going, & Olive or Austin giving me the best purchase deals with free spins, possible. I don't feel like these people are the staff. They make it personal and I feel like I'm a friend. If ever I get an email with an offer and I log into my account and my account does not reflect that offer, they always make sure to make it right and have my account reflect what I was told I would have when I logged on. They offer free play chips several times a week. Whenever a new slot comes out there's always free spins to play so you can try it out. Sometimes, the free chips do not allow playing of any game but only certain ones, but that's okay. You can't have everything you want. I like how they allow you to use a credit card to purchase chips to play. Not all platforms are like that. I also like that their cash out amounts are higher than most. You might have to play through a few chips to get there but if you come out with a high balance, you can cash it out instead of some ridiculous low "maximum" redeem amount allowed, stretched out over weeks or months to redeem the full balance. I like the variety of games and I get a lot of big wins. Not so many small wins but the big ones are the ones that count. I find myself coming back everyday to see what is new, eager with anticipation at what the possibility holds. Hands down, the staff, the "friends" that work for the casino, make it above the rest.

Love the selection of games and the many different redeem methods. Customer service is also very helpful and I got a quick response.

Top-notch customer support with a wide variety of games! Keep it up the good work!
