Just read through the negative comments, Surprised at a few. If you streaming a race on DSTV or Gallop then you are a few seconds behind and your last minute bet will more than likely fail. I have found the email service to be good. You may not get a response immediately but you will get a response. Also call them, the generally fix the issue on the phone immediately. I also think an element of calm and patience should be displayed when contacting INTERBET! FICA docs: It is possible something was missing from the DOCs hence the delay. My experience is awesome, I highly recommend this site, Deposits are quick, withdrawals are quick, Staff are friendly and helpful. Still the best!

Edit: everything was resolved and my account was reopened! I’m now looking forward to a speedy redemption! So I know they just launched but the glitches are insane. There was a bonus glitch on my account that caused 650SC bonuses to hit my account every couple of blackjack hands. In all, I received over 25k in bonuses. I had no idea what was going on but I finally reported the situation to support and sent them screenshots. They have since suspended my account. It’s crazy - I did nothing wrong, reported a nasty glitch they were experiencing, never tried redeeming any of it, and I’m the one that’s at fault? Make it make sense.

Evrything its ok, great bonuses and another things.

My vip manager Dan is absolutely awesome, best help and best guy out there!! The website is very easy to use with minimal issues and whenever there is an issue it is always fixed up straight away! Couldn’t recommend more!!
