Just read through the negative comments, Surprised at a few. If you streaming a race on DSTV or Gallop then you are a few seconds behind and your last minute bet will more than likely fail. I have found the email service to be good. You may not get a response immediately but you will get a response. Also call them, the generally fix the issue on the phone immediately. I also think an element of calm and patience should be displayed when contacting INTERBET! FICA docs: It is possible something was missing from the DOCs hence the delay.
