This casino’s been good vibes since day one... games are exciting and don’t lag at all!! i got my first payout within 1hour..can’t ask for more than that..

Enjoyed this company had a few bets won some and lost some, made sure account was verified first, now trying to withdraw I get payment verification required, support wanted picture of bank card and a recentvl bank statement, I have sent both of these but no response to 4 emails asking this to be completed, can login and see my balance but can't withdraw, very annoying to say the least, will update this review if something changes, but ignoring emails and taking days to get bank statement verified has me wondering! Update shelly in support fixed the problem super quick and I could them withdraw as normal, very happy!!

Susan thank you for reaching out to resolve this matter, it made all the difference. Just to clarify I contacted Support through emails, since live chat wasn't available 17 times. You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. As I promised and since you contacted me, which was all I wanted, and in the end resolved this matter I have changed my 1 star status to 4 stars. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.

This is a good gaming platform/company, because of the best customer service along with speedy cashouts.

With Top notch customer service as well as a fresh and new look with the top games available on the scene and the newest ones always appearing first here the only question is WHATS NOT TO LIKE....DID I MENTION QUICK REDEMENTIONS.......(YUUUPP) step brothers voice!
