when i run out of money, i go to chat and ask the BOT if i can have a free chip. BOT checks my account and if there is a free chip he adds to my account, never have to customer service rep. i can't remember exact dates but there was more than once

The only casino I trust. I've tried others. Another casino 5 told me I had to write a letter from myself to myself to give myself permission to use my own card. So I tried gate777. I learned not to take the bonus because I just play a little bit for fun.. not into putting lots in to try win heaps.
