Absolutely exceptional service from Lucky Spinner and such a great site! I visit every day to build up my bonus and it takes no time at all, very easy site to use. I was lucky enough to win this week and claiming my prize was simple, literally just through the click of a button. I received the money within 24 hours to my PayPal and the service team were very friendly and efficient to deal with. A great experience overall and I would definitely recommend! Thanks again for my winnings :)

I must say this is a pretty good site. They are very up front with how the whole verification process works. I won £400 from a £25 deposit. I made the withdrawal and it was pending for 2 days which is part of the process and it is explained when making your withdrawal. I sent in my documents and they explained it can take up to 48 hours, this was also done with in the time frame given, when they approved the documents and processed the funds back to my card it says it can take 3-5 working days but I had the money in my account about 1 hour after the confirmation email of my withdrawal had completed. The site is very user friendly and they have a great selection of sports betting available, I don't really play much on the casino part of any site but I do watch gambling streams and I can see that they do offer all the big name game providers, pragmatic, big time gaming and netent to name a few. I would also like to mention that the customer service, mainly live chat are second to none, any question I have asked they had answered.. In particular Maxim and Dave are the people I spoke with, keep up the good customer service. Thanks for the winnings again.
