I’ve played. Here for a while now and had only had a good experience up until recently. I placed a redeem on 8/15/26 .. I’ve redeemed here with out issue before but after a few days and I still hadn’t received my redemption I tried contacting support multiple times and still haven’t heard back I don’t know what is going on but I am not happy Just wanted to update .. I did finally reach someone and I did very quickly get my redemption so I am very happy about that like I said I had played here for years without any trouble. I’m actually surprised the rating is as low on here as it is, I’ve always loved playing here. They’ve always got good bonuses and like I said this is the first time I haven’t gotten my redemption very quickly which even then it was a couple of days, but I have waited a lot longer over a month I think it’s the longest. I’ve waited at a different place but here yes a few days is longer than expected to wait for a redemption. I did get it so I just wanted to update my review because I do want to give them credit to the fact that you do get your redemptions. The games are fun. They got good bonuses it could be worth the trap for someone.
