I haveht even played at the casino yet, but my 1st deposit to them was in bitcoin. I got the confirmation that it went through, so i waited about an hour before chrcking my gambling account balance...still was $0. So i started looking at the FAQs and came across the part where it outlined minimum deposits. Turns out i didnt send the minimum required for BTC. I covtacted live chat support. Thry could have just told ne to deal with it, and it was honestly what i was expecting to hear. Instead they have credited my account with $7.77 (lucky sevens!!) which was actually $.03 more than what i had sent!!! Amazing custoner service! I cabt wait to see what the site is like badecon ny very 1st experience with the cadino. Thanks again wildead!
