I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal request. I initiated a withdrawal of $126 USD from my account, following two recent bets:One bet was voided (resulting in a minor loss). The second bet was a $48.50 USD win. My initial deposit was $80 USD, and the requested withdrawal amount reflects my total available balance at the time. I intentionally chose this modest sum to test the transparency and efficiency of your withdrawal process. To date, 11 days have passed without resolution. Your support team cited an ongoing "verification of my betting activity" as the reason for the delay. As a bettor with over 10 years of experience across more than 50 licensed bookmakers, I can confidently state that such prolonged verification for a small withdrawal is unprecedented. Standard industry practice involves either resolving verification within 1–2 business days or, if concerns arise, voiding the contested bet(s) immediately—not withholding funds indefinitely. This situation is both unreasonable and damaging to your reputation. I selected your platform based on positive reviews and an expectation of fair conduct. Holding $126 USD for 11+ days without clear justification contradicts basic standards of customer trust and operational integrity.I demand the following actions be taken immediately:Process the full withdrawal of $126 USD to my original payment method. In the end they cancelled my winnings and returned my deposit of 80 dollars, do not have any business with this company, they have no money

I visit these gambling places and in all fairness the staff are excellent i go to stourbridge and Luke tracey and louise are welcoming and polite and friendly go that extra mile...you win you lose..most people who play must know there isn't such a thing as a safe bet...when you can't afford to lose dont go in...simples...I have also starting using kidderminster and I heard mixed reviews but my own personal opinion is the same as stourbridge polite and friendly the manager introduced herself made me a coffee and was very attentive...I go to these places as its a break from.the norm where I can just chill...and all the staff at both of these branches of Shipleys are amazing...I go in at least 5 times a week and was lucky to win £500 by picking a number on a wall...£500 for nothing is brilliant then you could win a free 65" TV...I just hope the Shipleys owners appreciate the staff they have as each one is an asset to your company 😀
