Not going to LIE!! I was skeptical and scared after seeing this rating and only reading and seeing ONE good review. I started on Grand Prize 05/29/2026 and won 💃🏾☺️🙏🏾. Every time I reached out to customer service I got good people. The response time was FAST!! my redemption was in my account Monday morning after my bank opened at 9 a.m. I know first hand from playing and being on several sites, we take a chance not only with our money but with the people behind these sites. I've definitely had my share of the ones who didn't hold up to what they claimed. So, with that being said, Grand Prize thank you for awesome customer service and a timely redemption.

Redeemed 8/20/25 and still pending. When I redeemed i was told per the rules 30 business days. Once the 30 days were up I was told rules had change to 90 business days.. I call BS, it never takes a casino that long to pay out to skrill. This is the worst site and customer service is just as bad they continue to say, we have 90 business days. Never actually answer my question as to why it takes so long. So here we are over 3 months later and still no pay out. 5 months is the payout time never again will I play this casino.

The lobby handled a big batch of spins smoothly, with no lag at all on popular titles.

One of the greatest casino what I was dealing with. Verification process is goes very fast. Many payment methods available. Instant withdrawals. One of the best, fastest support, very helpful consultants. Good cashback and loyalty system. Large selection of games and providers. Everyone will find something for themselves
