I must say this is a pretty good site. They are very up front with how the whole verification process works. I won £400 from a £25 deposit. I made the withdrawal and it was pending for 2 days which is part of the process and it is explained when making your withdrawal. I sent in my documents and they explained it can take up to 48 hours, this was also done with in the time frame given, when they approved the documents and processed the funds back to my card it says it can take 3-5 working days but I had the money in my account about 1 hour after the confirmation email of my withdrawal had completed.
