Credit where credit is due. Betfred have now sorted this issue out for me. As I said earlier the initial mistake was mine. They have rectified this. Thank you! Deposited £2865. £500 of this was from my bank the rest from my friends account we were gambling together. I now know this is not allowed but didn’t at the time. I’d made withdrawals of £1850. They said they had been processed which is the only reason I went on to make further deposits. Now I found that to be a lie. I’ve tried raising complaints on live chat. They just cut me off.
