I want to thank the customer support team for helping me transfer my account. I had been playing the 8-ball game on this platform for two years, so it was really a pity when I was informed earlier this year that the game would be removed. At the time, I still had some winnings left in my account, and thankfully the support team promptly informed me of the situation and helped ensure I was able to withdraw my money successfully. Anyway, I truly appreciate the support team for keeping me informed and being part of so many moments that helped pass the time over years. Hope that they can continue introducing more great games in the future.

€5 free bonus had max. €10 withdraw. Very little limit. I got later some other no deposit, no wagering bonus. Won €30. I tried to withdraw and i had to send bill, proof of id and proof of deposit. Later they told i need to send selfie where i keep a4 paper with betzest text and id and proof of deposit pdf. They verified my account and balance went €0. They said i played after got winning from free spins. Can keep only winnings from free spins.

Customer support is top-notch. I had an issue with a deposit, and they sorted it out in under 10 minutes. Super reliable.

I don't have a bad word to say about this casino, I love the huge selection & variety of slots etc It's the best casino I have been a customer to and I will continue being a loyal customer, the reason I am so satisfied & keep coming back is all thanks to the amazing customer service I have received from my very own appointed v.i.p manager TAMMY I have never had a negative experience at this casino & I have grown such a great relationship with her and I cannot fault her in any way shape or form 😍 If all the other representatives of this casino are even half as amazing as her you will never be disappointed. I highly recommend this casino
