Withdrawals are taking days to months to process calling it reviews, unusual activity, or backlogged. Holds are to free float funds are winnings on game platforms through unregulated casinos. If you don't mind the holds then they are one of the best casinos. If you DO care don't deposit and invest your time somewhere else. Once the "reviews- game logs arecompleted then you will be processed but it can take up to three months for that to happen. If you want to dispute the website the only way to do so is to report the domain name through domain purchaser websites. As an unregulated casino the casino uses software that protects the business so reporting to regulators will be unsuccessful. Just be aware before you deposit.
