Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

Throughout my 3 month experience on runewager I've never had any problems deposits take less than 4 minutes, withdrawals are usually very good they don't force u kyc when u win big like some sites it's pretty basic of a site has many game modes you can play through I'd say it's about #5 in my favorite sites I really recommend to bet here at least twice or more also the community isn't bad at all, people are very chill there's never any drama which is very surprising for a betting site I hope in the future we'll have much more games like jackpot and rock paper scissors.

They awesome really it's true that they don't give out many free no deposit bonuses but who does ? This is the only site that I know of that provides exotic bets practically on every horse race ! Plus the pick ems free contest is friggin awesome I have won hundreds just by playing for free been with them for ages here in Australia

Fun to play easy too win love this game
