I spent months playing their games and earned over $100 but was never able to withdraw it because the website went down. I tried reaching out via their message feature multiple times and never got a response back. It's been over a month now. If someone from the company reaches out to me and helps me resolve this I will be more than happy to change my rating. However, as of now I don't understand why this site is still rated above 1 star as the website literally doesn't work.

Wow Very wonderful 💯😊

100% 5 stars! And I am so shocked for the bad reviews and comments. I have been playing with Uptown Aces for quite some time now, at least over 5yrs and counting. And I have won, probably over 10K or more and have received payout without any problems. Great team. Live response from support team immediately. How people lie, is ridiculous!

I must say my experience has been great. I was worried as I had won £6000 last night, then came on here and instantly regretted and worried I wouldn’t get my money. Less than 12 hours later all the withdrawals into my account. They asked for verification documents and honestly as soon as I gave that, 20 mins later the money was in my account. This is a genuine review.

Very well and polite and wasn’t a hassel signing up or errors
