I've had my ups and downs with this app; on one hand, the visual design is charming, and the tutorials are helpful. On the other hand, the frequent ads can take away from the overall experience, especially when they pop up mid-game. I've had no connectivity issues so far, and I love how quick the game loads, even during busy times. It's great that they offer seasonal events to keep players engaged, but I did experience a weird glitch that reset my progress during the last special event. The community aspect of the game is really nice, with players often helping each other out in the chat.
