After joining *LuckyOne* I played the first time and totally forgot about them. Then I received an email for a really good deal on a coin package with included free spins. I clicked and erroneously on my part might I add didnt purchase the correct package. ( couldn't find my free spins ) so I purchased another (ha ) thinking there would be a notification or something that would make itself known. But no....im a little annoyed by this time so I contact support through the drop down and I get - TINA - I TELL HER I CANT SEEM TO FIND MY FREE SPINS. SHE ASKS ME TO SEND A SCREEN SHOT OF PACKAGE DETAILS I do and I tell her what I did she looks into and even though im a nimrod she honors the package not only gives me the free spins but also adds $6 to the deal bc that was the difference between the package i wanted and the package I purchased. Seriously. Who does that....I am grateful and appreciate it. Platform is awesome. Wish there were more of a variation of packages but maybe they are to come.
