Another win at Bit of Gold...If you haven't joined yet I feel sorry for you...You are missing the best games...the best customer service...high volatility and just an awesome gaming experience

I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer. It's looking like I've wasted money and time on this game.

So far so good with these guys. Cant withdraw at weekends which is a little bit annoying but during qorkimg hours the withdrawals are really quick and also the money hits the bank quickly. If ibe made the withdrawal late at night it arrives early next morning. Before 9 sometimes. Odds are decent and a good range of events So far so good :)

I like going to Majestic because of the smiles you receive when boarding and the smiles you receive when leaving, you can't be in a bad mood. Seema like you always see someone you know as this casino was one of the first around. Says a lot that people keep going back. I have never had to wait for anything, change, slot attendents, hosts, change at booth or a jackpot payout. Good service, always pleasant. I think the music played here is one of the reasons why, it's always upbeat. I would like to win more like everyone does but you do leave with a goodbye and a smile.

Love the website and the support is fast ! Thanks
