The support team is responsive, which is fantastic; they helped me resolve an issue with my account quickly. I wish the timers were more forgiving as sometimes, they pressure me into making hasty decisions. I've had a mostly positive experience, but the frequent ads can disrupt the flow of the game, making it less enjoyable at times. It would be great if they could tweak the ad placements to enhance the experience. Despite some bugs, I still find the app entertaining enough to keep coming back for more. The support team is responsive, which is great when encountering any problems. I found the battery usage to be moderate; it doesn't drain my phone too quickly. But, I’ve experienced some bugs, such as the app crashing after certain updates, which can be frustrating.
