Great casino lots of bonus codes snd promos great games and customer service that actually help you. I highly recommend this casino. First things first…get verified, it’ s that simple. Use that bit of knowledge with any casino you plan to play at as it may take a few days to complete. Once verified the rest is just make a deposit and try your luck. READ THE RULES OF YOUR BONUS!!!! I cannot stress this enough as nothing in life is really “free” of course there are rules to everything. Bonus codes have limits, bonus codes have playthrough, bonus code rules sometimes make it harder to win with the added rules. And if you do not understand what the rules are just ask the customer support team is awesome at Medusa. I have been playing for several months now at medusa and i must say i am extremely pleased with how i am treated at this casino. Bonus codes are always in my inbox mostly i prefer a straight deposit because its just me vs the machine. Straight deposits also get you CASH BACK. Make a deposit and if you dont win open the chat and ask can i get some of my money back ? And they will say yes. Again rules must be followed because with cash back you now have playthrough and withdraw limits. YES READ THE RULES ITS ALL THERE. The more you play the further up the VIP ladder you climb. The higher you are the better the freebies are. I started at the bottom and im now almost to the top. I have a vip team who takes care of me with requests and anything else i might want to know. Personal bonus codes and free chips are just a piece of the vip treatment. Want to talk directly to your vip host ? They got a whatsapp for that….yeah they do. I have had nothing but a good experience with Mega Medusa, but you must read the rules and follow them. If you use a bonus code for a free chip or spins you must make a deposit before the next freebie…. Its in the rules. One day i will convince my host Arnold to give me the giant bonus code that i desire with no playthrough and 500% match. The man is a Terminator when it comes to customer support and he has a great personality and wants you to succeed. Love this casino. I’ll be back Arnold !!!!!!
