I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal request. I initiated a withdrawal of $126 USD from my account, following two recent bets:One bet was voided (resulting in a minor loss). The second bet was a $48.50 USD win. My initial deposit was $80 USD, and the requested withdrawal amount reflects my total available balance at the time. I intentionally chose this modest sum to test the transparency and efficiency of your withdrawal process. To date, 11 days have passed without resolution. Your support team cited an ongoing "verification of my betting activity" as the reason for the delay. As a bettor with over 10 years of experience across more than 50 licensed bookmakers, I can confidently state that such prolonged verification for a small withdrawal is unprecedented. Standard industry practice involves either resolving verification within 1–2 business days or, if concerns arise, voiding the contested bet(s) immediately—not withholding funds indefinitely. This situation is both unreasonable and damaging to your reputation. I selected your platform based on positive reviews and an expectation of fair conduct. Holding $126 USD for 11+ days without clear justification contradicts basic standards of customer trust and operational integrity.I demand the following actions be taken immediately:Process the full withdrawal of $126 USD to my original payment method. In the end they cancelled my winnings and returned my deposit of 80 dollars, do not have any business with this company, they have no money

It’s the best online casino ever played, bonuses and gifts, cashbacks and quick payouts! 👌🏼❤️

I am new to this and it is a very good platform where you can easily win.

I was impressed with the fact that the jackpots can get huge. However, sometimes, the wait for support can feel a bit long. Wish they offered more methods to contact them. Still, a solid crypto-betting site overall.

In January of 2026 we lost our home of 13 years to fire. Insurance guys do wat they do and suddenly we are not covered only the land itself, Now we are almost homeless in a camper on the same property. Hoping to rebuild with what money we can earn with our livings. High5 has made it possible with the gift card options they've made it possible to buy generator fuel, countless resturant visits. To afford veryday stuff like deodorants, linens, it even afforded us the price of a power invertor to use our truck for some electric. Many have been won with daily bonuses. Thank you High5 literally being lifesavers.
