He accomidated my requests when he did not have too, and went that extra step for me. I appreciated it and was also quick and kept in contact with me in the chat during my withdrawal.

It's a great casino the games are fun and the payouts are good

So this is honestly the top top websites for fair game and absolutely incredible how they value the customers and the experience you have is remarkable. It’s fun exciting and really surprising. I thought the emails I received were a scam as anyone would but then they made sure I was proven wrong and I am thankful for the whole team at gambling.com so professional so polite. I’m the £5000 cosmo cash machine winner for June and it could not of come at a better time. I appreciate everyone at gambling.com I can’t thank you enough. Just waiting to receive the funds to my account 🫶🏼

Took crypto payments in minutes. Refused my £1000 payout on grounds that it could not verify my KYC as the images were not clear enough. They were high digital images of the required passport, proof of address, payment method and holding the passport myself. These were sent via email as the files were allegedly too big to upload. I contacted the live chat several times and was blatantly ignored. It took them 3 days to say my high definition photographs were not enough. A blatant lie. I informed them I would negatively review this on Trustpilot and they failed to answer or give any justification to their non payment. Pure con of a site.
