Just been on the phone to customer service as my account originally didn’t get verified due to an issue with my bank statements, which was originally not made clear to me when I previously spoke to customer services. But today I spoke to a colleague called Tania and I’m extremely happy with the customer service I’ve received. She was very patient whilst I was having internet issues and very polite throughout! She guided me through the verification process again step by step and explained it well throughout, I’m very grateful for her help. Hopefully my account will get verified soon and If I ever wanted to, I’ll be sure to use this casino again!

This was the easiest verification process and customer support was most helpful. I wish all verification on other platforms went as well as this one. Even with the initial problem it was taken care of within hours NOT days or weeks.

I have really enjoyed playing at dogs fortune. Customer service is great and lots of bonuses on offer !

I've got to say, I never usually review sites or products but after my experience here i though i had to give credit to them based on others bad experiences. Yes, the id verification may be a bit much and can take a day or two but once verified you are fully up and running. Fair games, good fun, ups and downs as always but the casino itself is great. Instant deposit and withdrawal. the limits are a little annoying but can't do much - i used visa for both The customer support is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks felicia! The cash back / loyalty scheme is very good too. Honestly, no complaints,

I have had a great experience with bitsky always cashes me out quickly with no problems
