Scrooge has become mt favorite online casino. They have a wonderful mission , that I can stand behind. But they also have top notch games and customer service is out of this world. As a VIP I get tons of bonuses and incentives. Love playing here!

I stumbled upon this site & I love it! There are some of the better slot game providers on the site & the selection of slots is pretty large. I found the KYC to be super fast & simple. Same goes for the redemptions. I submitted 2 redemptions within the first 2 days of playing and they were completed in hours. The customer service is super fast too. Friendly and helpful. Not one complaint with this site!

i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!

updating my review as of 2/20, because they now have fish table/shooting games! im so excited!!! #980

The VIP rewards at Jackbit have really impressed me. I get bonuses on my favorite games, like poker and blackjack, and the personalized support as a loyal player makes it feel like I'm truly value here.
