Okay like I said I’d come back after I got my money. And put my redemption in at 4am, And just got it all on my PayPal now. I just messaged chat this morning an then this afternoon and then it was there. So hey I’m happy. And I didn’t make a deposit to win it. I’m not sure what yall other people are doing; but I’m assuming making another email am trying to get the bonus a see if you can win, I get it an it sucks. And we all know we don’t read the rules we just play then get pissed when something happens from us getting money. But I’m happy thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a shame their redemption process is the way it is. I redeemed in the past and it took around 3 days because they do not process on the weekends. However, I placed two redeems last Friday totaling 4k and they are still in requested status. Judging by the other reviews they will likely go past the 3 business days. You can never speak with a human. Everything is AI and that is frustrating. I thought this companies owner being associated with wowvegas would mean it’s credible but clearly not. Be careful spending your money here. They’ll take it instantly but make you wait absurd amounts of time to get any back. Update: I received the funds 5 days later. They have since updated the process and now you get email status of each step the redeem goes through so you can have peace of mind.
