VERY NICE PLAY

I would say I was sceptical about using betninja due to bad review, but gave it a go . I tend not to use bonuses as your winning need to meet a certain criteria before withdrawals. When you open account make sure you upload documents to verify account my account was verified within an hour . Since then I have withdrawn numerous times with no difficulties, take longer than usual sites , my money was with me in 24hrs .... on a positive note customer service has been fantastic quick replys and also chase up withdrawals, so anyone having concerns, don't as long as you verify account , they cannot payout on an unverified account . Well done betninja cannot fault your service sports section is a bit difficult to use but just some feedback , not all games are listed until about to kick off

I have recently discovered this gem of a casino with great customer support, fast redemptions, and great game selection. Check it out. I highly recommend it. Sincerely, Christopher Rowley

Always the best experience at bit of gold from the wins to the customer service it’s 5 star all the time.

Credit where credit is due. Betfred have now sorted this issue out for me. As I said earlier the initial mistake was mine. They have rectified this. Thank you! Deposited £2865. £500 of this was from my bank the rest from my friends account we were gambling together. I now know this is not allowed but didn’t at the time. I’d made withdrawals of £1850. They said they had been processed which is the only reason I went on to make further deposits. Now I found that to be a lie. I’ve tried raising complaints on live chat. They just cut me off. Betfred say they offer exceptional levels of customer service. They definitely do not. You can’t keep both deposits and withdrawals! Account daydaydayday
