Goldbet it's nice.

Just like most other online casinos. When you win it takes 2-3 days to get verified and have the money deposited into your bank account. I bought in for 80$ and won over 2500 and successfully cashed out. It was a lot of play through and I thought I would have lost the initial big hit that I won but it played up and down and ended up with more money won then initially hit for. Good experience with customer service as well. Literally the best I've ever had over the phone. They are awesome. I'm glad it paid out after winning big and didn't run into any trouble . I haven't hit again for a while but I also haven't played that much compared to what I used to do. I'll probably invest another hundred bucks once I get paid and try my luck again. Definitely recommend this casino and had zero complaints besides the large amount of play through for the reward system money match thing.

I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

I like the games and the promotions ty vm for a great experience

This is probably one of the only casinos where using their bonuses doesn't mean your winning percentage is lowered to 0. I've won here now several times all using their bonuses. They can sometimes take a bit longer to process the payout, but if you follow the rules you should have no problems withdrawing. I just submitted a withdrawal just waiting for approval. Didn't have any problems last time so I don't think I'll have any problems this time. This is probably the only place I'll play. You can look at my other reviews. I tell it like it is. If the casino is shady, I'll tell it like it is for everyone to know.
