I attempted to place a wager for around $3,500, the system told me it was rejected, I logged in later and see that it actually did go through. Now, support is being unresponsive after refusing to help, do not trust any real money here, I even offered to get half the risk back as a freeplay, they will not work with you in any circumstances. Every negative 1 star review they have they just saying the same copy and paste response

I have been an active user of the platform for a considerable duration, and while I have yet to realize a withdrawal of winnings, the promotional offerings have been consistently appealing. I remain optimistic about achieving a significant win in the near future, which is, after all, the primary objective of our engagement. The application itself is commendable, demonstrating seamless functionality, devoid of technical issues, and offering an intuitive user experience. I extend my appreciation to Sloto for developing such a robust platform. I highly recommend this application to those seeking genuine gameplay experiences.

I had an issue with a delayed withdrawal from an online casino that had been pending for weeks without resolution. I contacted Casino Guru’s complaints team, and their assistance was outstanding. Michal, the complaint specialist, was professional, quick to respond, and persistent in communicating with the casino on my behalf. Thanks to their involvement, the situation was resolved and I received my funds. What I really appreciate is that they handled everything politely, clearly explained the process, and kept me updated until the very end. I highly recommend Casino Guru to anyone facing problems with an online casino — they genuinely care about helping players and do it free of charge.

Fun games fast customer support and great deals on coins, highly recommend!
