What everybody spects and wants from a book, if you win, you can cash out the same day and its fast, they dont take long. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic daily sports website. Hands down the best available. They offer a great loyalty program with generous rewards for season long challenges. When covid hit and the NHL was postponed Draftkings honoured their loyalty challenge (even though it was impossible to complete as the games were no longer being played) and upgraded my account to Diamond status. With most sports down and very little money coming in; Draftkings stepped up and took care of their loyal customers out of pocket. You just don't see that integrity anymore. I've been playing here for years. Depositing is quick and easy. My first withdrawal seemed sketchy at first. They "withhold" 30% (as an American company they are obligated to for tax reasons). As a Canadian I don't pay taxes on winnings so this confused me. After filling out the proper tax forms my withdrawal was sent in full. I've made multiple withdrawals in the years since and never had to submit that form again. Withdrawals are usually complete within 5 business days. Their game selection is great and their real time updating is accurate and quick.
