Logged in and started playing a game that really (actually!) was on the way to a big win. Then the game immediately closes, they log me out of the casino, and I can't log in again. Tried clearing cookies, tried incognito mode, tried different device - several times. (Btw, this has never helped anywhere). Still couldn't log in though. Have had 5 chat conversations with their "customer service" but they insist everything looks right on their end so they do nothing. They refuse to refund my deposit. It cannot be called anything other than theft.(After I informed Kaboo about this review, they fixed the problem)

Site has been down for weeks, amazing how the last comment from Feb 12th had a new experience

I have been with galaxyno for just over a year. They have an awesome wide variety of games, amazing helpful staff, awesome promotions and hardly any hickups

Easy lay out interface fun to play 5 star havent made my millions yet

Never could get above 10000 coins to redeem. I also was on primate king last spin I hit the 4x wild which stays till you miss. Froze in the middle of it never got a chance to get it. No response on the matter either. Won’t play here again.
