Quick Update : been waiting 45 days for my redemption and this was received. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, Michael. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the redemption delay. While redemptions usually are completed much faster, there are times when high request volumes extend processing times. As outlined in our Sweepstakes Rules, redemptions can take up to 14 business days, and I understand that waiting this long can be disappointing. Please rest assured that your redemption is still in the queue and will be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and I’ve flagged your case for follow-up to make sure it gets attention.Best regards,The Money Factory TeamI was told it could take up to 90 Business days last week so I'm confused, which one is it 14 business days because if so i should've got my redemption 2 weeks ago? Wild they cant even send you correct information through their copy and pasted responses.

My experience was a very good one. The process seemed fair for both parties. I had few expectations when it started so I was pleased to see such a positive outcome. The staff were friendly and fair.
