I had an issue with a bet on the match between Eik and Jerv. The game was interrupted at 1–1 due to heavy rain, lightning and thunder, but later resumed and finished with 5 goals in total. My bet was initially settled incorrectly as if the final score was 1–1. After reaching out to support, they reviewed the case, understood the situation and corrected the settlement to a win. I think this was a fair and right decision. Great customer service – friendly, professional and willing to listen. I really appreciate the help and can highly recommend their service.

Great casino, had some real fun playing the various games. Don't like to spend a lot but enjoy playing, so was nice that most games let me play at 10p a spin. Will be playing regularly. They run on telegram, but a website is coming, you need to know how to use crypto to play though. Fantastic community on telegram if you get stuck too.
