Withdrawal Holds Are Back. Doing our yearly casino reviews it's been confirmed that the WITHDRAWAL HOLDS are back everyone across all platforms. Withdrawals are taking days to months to process calling it reviews, unusual activity, or backlogged. Holds are to free float funds are winnings on game platforms through unregulated casinos. If you don't mind the holds then they are one of the best casinos. If you DO care don't deposit and invest your time somewhere else. Once the "reviews- game logs arecompleted then you will be processed but it can take up to three months for that to happen. If you want to dispute the website the only way to do so is to report the domain name through domain purchaser websites. As an unregulated casino the casino uses software that protects the business so reporting to regulators will be unsuccessful. Just be aware before you deposit. If you want to continue and play have fun and please play responsibility.

The overall experience was great, especially the customer service was helpful and nice.

I don’t know what the other players are talking about but if you read everything carefully and follow directions before you contact support it works, it’s great, it’s fun and easy to withdraw. You don’t have to make a deposit but then you are only entitled to withdraw $25 a day. I won $700 with my free sign up bonus and withdrew $25. I read all info and realized if I deposited $10 I would then be able to withdraw $50 so I did. I now have been withdrawing $50 a day since with no problem and it doesn’t take long. The way I see it is I really won $690 and I have $50 in my pocket guaranteed for the next 12 days. Oh I forgot to mention I won an additional $300 with the $10 I deposited. I would be the first to write a bad review if I had any indication that it was a scam. Customer service is also always available and very patient and helpful. Thank you BIT OF GOLD! You have a great website and I love it!
